The service / applications we offer uses 3D CAD information, which then re-constructs buildings in sequence with a link to programming software (4D), so the reality or possibility of the sequence on a programme can be visually demonstrated. The imagery is so real that a quality ‘walkthrough’ of the building is possible at any particular stage of the construction process to appreciate progress. In addition the effect of the structural design on the interior design can be demonstrated to avoid or demonstrate later changes.

The software could be used as a dispute avoidance tool to appreciate the completeness or lack of design before embarking on a project, assessing clashes in structure and services or as a tool to measure progress in pictures to clarify the art of programming. It could also be a powerful addition to the arsenal in terms of presentation of a case to a tribunal in dispute resolution.
