Stuart Davey, BSc (Hons), MSc (Lond.), MCIArb, is the Consultancy Director, and has been involved in representing clients in adjudication and arbitration. He has also been personally involved in a wide range of prestigious construction projects during his career, working for both contractors and consultants.

In 1997 he set up Commercial Surveying Limited, and proceeded to provide commercial management advice on numerous high profile projects (see Case Studies).In 1999 Stuart embarked on a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration at Kings College, University of London, graduating in 2001. He then became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the same year. He is also a member of the Society of Construction Law.

Since 2000 Stuart has been representing clients in, adjudications and arbitrations, undertaking claims preparation and providing contractual advice.
