Stuart Davey, BSc (Hons), MSc (Lond.), MCIArb

 

Stuart is the Consultancy Director, and has been personally involved in a wide range of prestigious construction projects during his career, working for both contractors and consultants.

 

In 1999 Stuart embarked on a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration at Kings College, University of London, graduating in 2001. He then became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the same year. He is also a member of the Society of Construction Law.

 

Stuart has been involved in representing clients in numerous adjudications and providing Contract advice. His involvement in adjudications has been benefited by an in depth understanding of construction commercial management. He has provided commercial management advice on numerous high profile projects, which have included;

 

Balfour Beatty – Second Severn Crossing Motorway Reconfiguration English Side, Value £70 million

 

ADTRANZ - Woking / Surbiton re-signalling, Value £60 million

  

RABO BANK - Upper Thames Street, London, Fit out, Value £14 million

Stuart continues to be successfully involved in adjudications on a regular basis.
