S.J. Davey Consultants has been in existence since 1997, initially incorporated as Commercial Surveying Limited. We have been involved in some of the UK’s largest construction projects over the past 10 years, from the Second Severn Crossing to the West Coast Main Line.

 

Dispute Resolution Services

 

Since 2000 our turnover has primarily consisted of Construction Management involving contractual advice and dispute resolution. This has been achieved through a reputation for integrity and the provision of appropriate advice to clients.

 

Cost Management Services

 

We provide advice on financial management of construction projects, including loss and expense claims preparation, extension of time claims preparation and development of notices of withholding payment.

 

The combination of in-house claims preparation and the expertise to pursue these claims makes for a continuity of service, which has the potential to save costs and time.
